Terms of Service for Duitlah

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Duitlah (the "Service"), operated by ONEPLANNER TECHNOLOGIES (Registration No. 202503272767 (NS0314486-M)) ("Duitlah", "we", "us"). By using the Duitlah website or the Duitlah app at platform.duitlahapp.com, you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Duitlah provides tools to help you organize and understand your personal finances. Duitlah does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Content, calculators, and any AI-assisted features are for general information and self-management purposes only, are not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial planner, and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product. If you want personalized advice, engage a licensed financial planner — for example, through our related OnePlanner network of firms, where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Malaysian law to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the personal and financial information you provide. Our collection and use of that information is described in the Duitlah Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing as described there.

5. Fees

Duitlah is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish updated fee, billing-cycle, and refund terms here, consistent with our Refund and Billing Policy, before those features launch.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
  • Submit false or misleading financial information intended to defraud any third party (e.g. when the Service is used to generate documentation).

7. Third-Party Links

The Duitlah website links to platform.duitlahapp.com and other third-party destinations. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites you access through these links, though where that app is operated by us or an affiliate, its own terms and privacy policy will govern your use of it directly.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law. Any AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors; you should independently verify anything you rely on.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose, except where liability cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated by email if we hold one for you.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
